Clear-Com will exhibit its latest communication and connectivity tools at NAB. Among them, HelixNet version 3.0 stands out, an update that unlocks the global capacity of the HelixNet system, allowing it to expand to support more communication channels and more users during live productions.
HelixNet has multiplied its number of channels and has gone from three to 12 per HMS-4X main station. These 12 channels can be added by purchasing a license, allowing a single HMS-4X to provide a total of 24 channels.
The DX410 2.4 GHZ wireless intercom system offers two communication channels with 7 KHz wideband audio, achieving optimal sound clarity. Easy to install and configure, this all-in-one includes wireless headphones, an upgraded radio, and lacks package concealment capabilities.
Another solution that Clear-com will present is the Agent-IC mobile app that provides users of Eclipse-HX systems remote access from an iPhone or iPad over 3G, 4G or WiFi/IP networks. The app provides a simple but effective intercom to connect staff to OB studio equipment in remote locations or spread across large areas for live events using handheld devices.
The app is presented as a virtual intercom panel that fits in your pocket and connects users from anywhere in the world. Agent-IC is cost-effective, easy to deploy, and provides global access to an Eclipse-HX host.
LQ Series is a family of connectivity devices for connecting intercom and audio systems over LAN, WAN or IP networks. It can be used for intercom conversation, network music performances and for audio signals between different facilities.
The new LQ-R devices can provide 4 or 8 ports per rack unit, while the compact LQ devices offer two ports of connectivity. LQ-R devices have the option of 8 4-wire connections, 4 2-wire connections and 4 4-wire connections in a single unit. The 2-wire option is both Clear-Com and RTS TW compatible. A maximum of six LQ IP interfaces can be linked together in any 2- or 4-wire combination.
