Blade (stand 3G11) presents at the fair the new compact 52 DX mixer that has just been launched by DHD, which can be used both in live broadcasts, as well as in mobile units, news, editing, etc. Due to its small design with 4 faders, TFT touch screen and a DSP and I/O unit in 1U, the console can be used in a simple and functional way for both radio and television productions.
Likewise, the German firm has launched the new 52/SX compact modular mixing console, ideal for local radio and television stations, workstations and small mobile units. This console stands out for its touch screen for greater control, for its great reliability, robustness and for the quality of its components.
At Broadcast you can also see the 52/RX console, a flexible mixing system that fits well in On Air studios, production studios, video post production and mobile units. It can be used as a mixing system or as a powerful audio matrix. When using the 52/RX as a mixing console, control surfaces with up to 48 faders can be mounted. The 52/RX modules are based on the successful design of the RM3200D and RM4200D DHD consoles.
Likewise, DHD has launched the new 52/XC chassis, developed with a central DSP compatible with all 52 Series devices. The DSP of the 52/XC system is configurable and thanks to its large capacity, it provides enough resources to meet the most demanding requirements, and all in a single rack unit (1U). This system is made up of three versions of the 52/XC chassis with different functional characteristics. Coupled with a routing matrix size of 2000 x 2000 signals, this DSP unit is suitable for almost any production.
And in addition, the ConTel system is exhibited at the event, a complementary module of the MatrixControl system from
From the ConTel configuration panel, it is possible to include all Prodys audio codecs that are connected to the network. From a simple application, communications will be established through Prodys equipment. For each connected line, communication (PFL and orders) can be carried out prior to going on air, and reception and transmission gain control can be carried out, thus ensuring the homogeneity of the signal volume. Finally, the producer can put the communication “on the air” so that all communications enter the mixing console through a single channel (or several, if that is how you want to configure it), making the matrix the N-1 in each and every one of the communications.
Audio meters
Aspa will also bring to Broadcast the new TM9 touch monitor developed by RTW in response to the growing needs in the world of current production, post-production and broadcasting. This range has high-quality 7” or 9” touch screens, with an easy-to-use interface. These devices represent a new level of professional audio measurement in terms of precision, performance, efficiency and flexibility.
An added value of this digital system is the possibility of controlling and managing it from any location through an Internet connection that includes its own browser, this being the only thing necessary for remote control.
