EVS will show its latest proposals at Broadcast 2011
The EVS stand at Broadcast will host the latest tools and innovations such as the new Sports 360º and Cloud-Cast solutions, the file digitization and management system based on MXF, the XTnano live sports production package together with XFly and its integration with Avid and Apple.
EVS will bring to Broadcast (Stand 3F09) its advanced solutions for the most varied live and studio broadcast operations, such as Sports 360°, a new concept to cover all aspects of sports production for broadcasting and new media distribution.
Sports 360º improves live sports production and multi-platform delivery from the repetition of the best plays in 3D and in super or ultra motion, the editing of highlights "on the fly", the live timing and the integration of statistics in the IP Director content manager, the live graphic analysis or the instant sending of multi-camera content to mobile phones, tablets and websites.
The Belgian company will also bring the new Cloud-Cast solution, designed to instantly facilitate the distribution of live broadcast content to end users through web applications. C-Cast works in conjunction with all EVS live production platforms, allowing viewers to instantly access and view specific camera angles from tablets, mobile devices or web interfaces.
Likewise, it will present its integrated solution for simple or massive tape digitization, including the 0³ HD/SD server used for the creation of master files, perfect for both post-production, archive or broadcast environments and which offers total control in the management of the MXF standard. In addition, software tools such as MXReader, MXConverter and ENG Soft allow you to accelerate and secure file movements in a Broadcast/IT environment.
Other EVS proposals in Broadcast will be the combination of the XTnano live replay server and the new XFly storage system, which allows high-speed productions and a portable storage platform that guarantees maximum reliability and the best value for money; and full integration at both the content and metadata level with post-production systems such as Avid, Apple or Quantel, allowing production companies and broadcasters to accelerate all their operations.
