Arantxa Écija, new fiction director at Mediaset España

Just two days after learning of the departure of Toni Sevilla, who will replace Francisco Ujados at TVE, Mediaset España has commissioned Arantxa Écija to direct its fiction area at Mediaset España.
Écija (Madrid, 1968) accumulates extensive experience in directing, directing and executive producing series, as well as in the position of responsibility for the fiction area after his time at Globomedia.
The new director, who began her professional career at EFE TV in the area of editing and post-production of news programs and programs, debuted in series direction in 1995 with family doctor for Telecinco, television for which he has also directed different episodes of Seven Lives y The Serranos, and in which he has subsequently participated in the executive production of Aida and more recently Anchored, all of them from Globomedia.
