Amazon Prime Video will offer 'Caronte', Mediaset's new fiction, worldwide

Each episode of the series produced together with Big Bang Media, which will be dubbed into French and Italian, will be available the day after its broadcast on Telecinco.

Charon, one of the new series of Mediaset Spain for Telecinco, whose filming began just three months ago, has been acquired by Amazon Prime Video to incorporate it into its catalogue, chapter by chapter, the day after its broadcast on the network.

It will offer it in all the countries in which it operates, in the original version, in French and Italian.
Currently, and as a result of an agreement signed in 2017, Amazon Prime Video offers other Mediaset España productions in Spain and in various territories in Latin America and the US, such as The accident, The Truth, I know who you are, The Prince y The one that is coming, among others.

Produced in collaboration with Big Bang Media, Charon is a legal-police drama about second chances and how a man can reinvent himself and recover his life when everything is against him. With Roberto Álamo in front of a cast made up of Miriam Giovanelli, Carlos Hipólito, Marta Larralde, Belén López and Julieta Serrano, among other actors, tells the story of Samuel Caronte, an unjustly convicted former police officer who leaves prison converted into a criminal lawyer.

With his experience as a prisoner and as a law enforcement officer and with the goal of defending those who, like him, did not have access to a good defense, he will have to earn a reputation and navigate the complicated waters of the judicial world. While working on various cases, he will begin to investigate the events that led to his conviction eight years ago to find the justice he did not have then.
