Shine Iberia has begun to record The container, the Spanish adaptation of the British format Life Stripped Bare For Atresmedia. This program has been considered the first anti -materialist reality of television, in addition to an experience that will open the debate about what we really need in our day to day.

Each Spanish lives surrounded by an average of a thousand objects and uses their mobile phone two hours a day, but really is this essential or can you live without it? The inhabitants of four homes, who can be families, couples or roommates, will have to learn to live and continue their routines without having any material element.

The rule is simple: they must develop in a totally empty house; Without bed, curtains, sofa, shelves ... they will have neither furniture or clothes of any kind. All its belongings will be ‘kidnapped’ in a container located about 700 meters from the house.

Each group member will have the right to recover a single object per day, so they will have to draw their own strategies and assess what things are really necessary. In addition, it will be forbidden to buy or borrow objects from abroad, except for food.

International success

The format arrives in Spain after internationally harvested success. At the beginning of last year, the second season will arrive in the Dunamarca DR3 channel will arrive after becoming the most watched program of its channel in 2015, by multiplying the chain average by five in Prime Time.
