The second installment of Tadeo Jones will hit theaters in August 2017

'Tadeo Jones 2 El secreto del Rey Midas', a production of Telecinco Cinema, Movistar+, 4 Cats Pictures, Ikiru Films and Tadeo Jones y el secreto de Midas AIE will be distributed by Paramount.

In his long-awaited second installment, directed by Enrique Gato and David Alonso, Tadeo Jones will once again be embarked on an exciting adventure in which he will once again team up with Sarah, Jeff and Belzoni to face new legends, new dangers, exotic settings and... the odd surprise.

Tadeo Jones 2 The Secret of King Midas, a production by Telecinco Cinema, Movistar+, 4 Cats Pictures, Ikiru Films and Tadeo Jones and the secret of Midas AIE, with the participation of Mediaset España and animation by the Lightbox Animation Studios, will hit Spanish cinemas, from Paramount Pictures, on August 25, 2017.

In this new installment, Tadeo Jones travels to Las Vegas to attend the presentation of archaeologist Sara Lavroff's latest discovery: the papyrus that proves the existence of the Necklace of Midas, the mythical King who turned everything he touched into gold. But the happy reunion will be clouded when an evil rich man kidnaps Sara in order to find the talisman and obtain infinite riches. Together with his friends the parrot Belzoni and his dog Jeff, Tadeo will have to use his ingenuity to rescue Sara, on a trip halfway around the world, where he will find new friends... and new villains.
