NRD Multimedia renews the audiovisual production equipment of the Montserrat Abbey

An ATEM 1 mixer with its corresponding control and processing panel as well as a 40x40 matrix, both from Blackmagic, and 6 Sony SRG-360 HD robotic cameras now allow all signals to be produced in high definition.

The monks of the emblematic Montserrat Abbey (Barcelona) have trusted GDR Multimedia to carry out the renewal of all audiovisual production equipment. Thanks to this commitment, all processes for creating, capturing and distributing signals are now carried out in high definition.

This process has been possible thanks to the implementation of a new mixer Blackmagic ATEM 1 with its corresponding control and processing panel, a new 40×40 matrix of the same brand and 6 robotic cameras SRG-360 HD of Sony.

This equipment allows live broadcasting of both the services and the most notable celebrations that take place in the Benedictine monastery of Santa María de Montserrat.

Local Catalan television stations are responsible for transmitting programming through the Xarxa Audiovisual Local. (SOLUTION) and Television of Catalonia (TV3). In addition, the Abbey offers the signal in streaming through its own website.

With the implementation of the system of automatic completion Intelligent Audiovisual Technology (iON), developed by the group ADTEL, These events can be carried out both automatically and manually.
