AJA Video Systems has started marketing the nuevo HDR Image Analyzer, a powerful solution HDR monitoring and analysis in real-time developed in partnership with Colofront to help high dynamic range productions achieve more attractive images.
It offers waveform, histogram and vectorscope monitoring and 4K/UltraHD/2K/HD, HDR and WCG content analysis for broadcast and OTT production, post-production, QC and mastering.
Merging AJA's video I/O production with Colorfront HDR analysis tools In a compact 1RU chassis, HDR Image Analyzer offers a comprehensive set of tools for monitoring and analyzing HDR formats, including PQ (Perceptual Quantizer) and Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) for 4K/UltraHD workflows. HDR Image Analyzer absorbs up to 4,000 sources via 4 3G-SDI inputs and loops out video, enabling analysis at any point in the production workflow.
HDR Image Analyzer is the second technology collaboration between AJA and Colorfront, following the integration of Colorfront Engine into AJA's real-time HDR/HDR converter. Colorfront has exclusively licensed its Colorfront HDR Image Analyzer software to AJA for HDR Image Analyzer.
