AEQ organizes a new seminar in Barcelona on the potential and uses of Dante

Esta jornada en la ciudad condal supone una nueva cita en su ruta mundial de promoción de la tecnología de audio sobre IP en entornos profesionales broadcast de radio y televisión.

Fiel a su compromiso de evolución tecnológica constante y proximidad con sus clientes que han caracterizado los últimos cuarenta años de actividad de AEQ, la compañía ha organizado un nuevo seminario técnico de promoción de la tecnología Dante para aplicaciones profesionales en entornos broadcast de radio y televisión.

This technical seminar in Barcelona represents a new stage in the important tour that AEQ is developing in numerous countries to publicize the advantages of multichannel audio technology over IP networks with the Dante protocol, as well as its wide implementation in the equipment currently developed by the company.

AEQ currently has Dante solutions available in both its range of digital audio consoles, as in his communications solutions or multi-conference platforms, commentator units for sporting events, or new Conexia and CrossNET intercom families.

AEQ began this tour of Dante technical seminars in 2017 with a great event at the Carlos III University of Madrid, to later continue with appointments in Mexico City, Recife, Lisbon, Monterrey and BeloHorizonte among other cities, until reaching Barcelona in 2019 where numerous radio and television studios already have AEQ-Kroma equipment. This event is an opportunity to learn about the AoIP innovations available under the Dante umbrella and within the AEQ solutions catalogue.

All Dante technical seminars have three clearly differentiated parts, starting with a global vision of all the AEQ equipment that currently allows working within this IP environment, to continue with a formal course on Dante levels 1 and 2, which then gives access to obtain the corresponding official certificates to those interested, after an online exam.

The day ends with some practical workshops where the previously analyzed concepts are seen on real equipment. In addition, attendees can discover a new range of technological possibilities if they decide to take the step to IP signals and installations.

The entire AEQ Dante day in Barcelona was organized by the company's commercial manager for Catalonia, Nacho Olivella, where the main trainer was Roberto Tejero, as AEQ's Product Manager for this line of AoIP solutions.
