He screenwriter and showrunner Rafael Cobos you will receive the Ricardo Franco Award 22nd Malaga Spanish Film Festival, which will be held from March 15 to 24. With this award, awarded in collaboration with the Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Spain for the eleventh consecutive year, the Malaga Festival recognizes different film professionals, prestigious technicians who, with their work behind the cameras, shape the most interesting films on our celluloid.

As a film scriptwriter, Rafael Cobos (Seville, 1973), has written the feature film scripts together with Alberto Rodríguez 7 virgins, nominated in the Best Screenplay category at the 2006 Goya Awards; After, nominated for the 2009 Goya Awards and winner of the Asecan Award for Best Screenplay; Group 7, nominated for the 2013 Goya Awards and winner of the Asecan Award for Best Screenplay; The minimal island, Asecan Award for Best Screenplay, Círculo de Escritores Cinematográficos Medal for Best Screenplay and Goya for Best Original Screenplay 2015; and The man of a thousand faces, Asecan Award for Best Screenplay, Círculo de Escritores Cinematográficos Medal for Best Adapted Screenplay and Goya for Best Adapted Screenplay 2017.

He has also co-written the script for the feature film Ali, along with Paco Baños; Toro, with Fernando Navarro and has been co-creator and screenwriter of To the fish (first season) alongside Alberto Rodríguez, and showrunner and screenwriter of To the fish (second season), original Movistar+ television series in collaboration with Atypical Films.
