Los San Fermin running of the bulls continue to arouse the interest of the audience and say goodbye this year with an average of almost 1.5 million viewers (1,470,000) and a 68.7% share on La 1 and Canal 24 Horas of RTVE, a figure that they have not reached since 2016.
The last running of the bulls of San Fermín, run as is traditional by Mihura bulls, meeting this Sunday, July 14, to a total of 1,257,000 people and 71.8% on La 1 and Canal 24 Horas, the best quota figure since 2017 and the highest figure for these holidays.
As for the most watched running of the bulls, it was the one on Friday, July 12, featuring bulls from Nuñez del Cuvillo, which attracted an average of 1,655,000 spectators during the race.
Once again, RTVE has dedicated itself to the San Fermín festival. Elena S. Sánchez and Javier Solano have commented on the running of the bulls live and have analyzed them with specialists and protagonists in the program Live San Fermin, every day from 07:15 to 08:30 hours. This space has achieved an average of 794,000 viewers, and has achieved a share of 51.8%, the highest since 2014. The most watched program was on Tuesday, with almost 900,000 viewers and the one with the highest share, this Sunday, with 56.5%.
Marcos Hernandez Bermejo has directed the program, carried out by José María Sánchez-Chiquito, with Ana Valencia (Territorial Center of Navarra) next to the Bullring; José Carlos Fernández (Santo Domingo); Imanol Durán (Estafeta); Ainara Pérez (Hospital); and Renata Rota, who have shown surprising stories.
