Vértice 360 ​​acquires its DTT license in Galicia from Radio Popular

This operation will expand the territorial coverage and audience of the Bom Cine channel, which offers all types of film genres.

Vertex 360 has reached an agreement with Popular Radio for the acquisition of the license digital terrestrial television (TDT) autonomous in the territorial scope granted by the Xunta de Galicia.

This operation will expand the territorial coverage and audience of the channel Good Cinema that offers all types of film genres. Currently, the channel is distributed free-to-air in Madrid, Andalusia, Valencia and Murcia, through the regional DTT television licenses acquired from Squirrel Capital, and in Catalonia by virtue of the agreement with the Godó group.

During this first quarter of the year, Vértice 360 ​​intends to expand the channel's coverage by acquiring new licenses, formalizing new agreements with third-party operators and transferring or distributing the channel to the main Spanish platforms (Pay TV, VOD, SVOD...).

It has recently reached an agreement with the company Pulsa Media Consulting for the management and advertising marketing of the Group's free-to-air television channel called BOM CINE, with effect from February 1 of the current year.
