Nesting TV is born, the first real estate television channel in Spain
Nesting Tv tiene como objetivo la difusión de contenidos audiovisuales creados en torno al sector inmobiliario y cubrirá inicialmente desde la frecuencia 46 de la TDT el Corredor del Henares (eje de la A-2 de Madrid), una zona que concentra una audiencia potencial estimada de unas 800.000 personas.
Esta iniciativa audiovisual en abierto y gratuita está impulsada por grandes protagonistas del sector como AEDAS Homes, Cosentino, Idealista, Las Sedas, Madrid Capital Mundial (MWCC), Porcelanosa, REBUILD o Tinsa.

The channel can also be followed in streaming around the world.
Nesting TV aims to give visibility to national and international quality content carried out by the real estate sector and will produce new current, educational and corporate ones. The audience will have all types of formats at their disposal: from videos of amazing constructions to talks with experts in the sector, including news, debate forums, interviews or video reports that will have the maximum combination of information and entertainment.
Thematic channel for everyone
"The new channel is a real estate window for local, regional and national information, entertainment, knowledge and current affairs of one of the most important sectors of the economy. And, at the same time, it is postulated as a speaker for institutions and administrations and also for real estate professionals. A great asset of DTT in the Community of Madrid and soon in other broadcast environments. Without a doubt it is a necessary channel for the current offer of audiovisual content that comes to fill an existing gap in the audiovisual offer," he assures. Fernando Zardoya, editor of nesting TV, who highlights that among the main objectives of the project is “the dissemination of a key activity for the development of society, the economy and employment.”
Zardoya emphasizes that Nesting TV is a thematic channel, but at the same time oriented towards society as a whole: “We broadcast content that is of interest to society as a whole since housing is a basic necessity and all the information that surrounds it.” "In addition," he adds, "with the name nesting, we wanted to convey the idea of 'better at home'. The practice of staying at home during the weekend for pleasure and in order to reduce stress and anxiety, now with the possibility of enjoying a channel about housing on television."
