Alberto Carullo joins Warner Bros. ITVP Spain as fiction director

With a solid track record of more than 30 years of professional experience, Alberto Carullo comes to Warner Bros. ITVP Spain to be in charge of the development and production of fiction content, as well as the creation of the new business strategy, co-productions and alliances with third parties both in Spain and Latin America.

Carullo will be the head of the scripted area, leading the fiction department and will lead the content development and production tasks for networks and platforms both in Spain and Latin America. He will report directly to Sebastián Moguilevsky, general director of Warner Bros. ITVP in Spain and Portugal.

Among Carullo's responsibilities as Head of Drama for the production company are the development and production of new projects, the adaptation of original content from the Warner Bros. factory, and the leadership of the authorial teams of the series. Likewise, he will be in charge of directing the business model of the production company's fiction area, where he will focus his efforts on the relationship with screens and platforms, the generation of opportunities, co-production and the establishment of partnerships and synergies with other production companies, among others.

Over the last three decades, Alberto Carullo has held positions as television channel antenna director, executive director and partner of a TV production company, content director, executive producer, consultant and marketing director, among others.

Among his professional achievements, his work as broadcast director of Mediaset Spain stands out for almost a decade. Later, he created the production company Big Bang Media. Previously, Carullo was in charge of the content direction of Boca Boca productions, as well as the on-air marketing and promotion direction of the Mediaset Group in Italy.

The new fiction director of Warner Bros. Discovery's TV production company in Spain has proven experience in the identification, development and production of adapted and original content, in entertainment and fiction, both nationally and internationally for different operators and platforms.
