LRT: prominence in LiveU's proposal for NAB 2023

LiveU exposes in NAB 2023 a wide selection of services and solutions united by LRT, a proprietary protocol with growing importance in the present and future of the company.

Whether through hourly guided tours, through meetings or with complete freedom, visitors to NAB 2023 they are being able to discover the LiveU Ecosystem, a set of solutions contribution, production and distribution based on protocol LRT (LiveU Reliable Transport). Present in all LiveU solutions, development counts among its advantages low latency, endurance and high image quality.

LRT is present in the main innovations that the company has brought to NAB 2023. For example, LiveU Studio, nuevo video production service Live cloud-native IP is able to directly support the protocol. This scalable SaaS solution, which makes it easy to create and distribute more live content across a myriad of digital media channels, supports multiple IP video protocols and provides live mixing, audio management, graphics, remote guest management and one-click distribution to up to 30 different, simultaneous digital destinations.

Another LiveU premiere at NAB is its new on-site production solution, designed specifically for live sports but applicable to other use cases. The system allows wireless transmission from the pitch to a mobile unit with a single click, without the need for a fixed internet connection.

More cross-cutting enhancements across the LiveU portfolio at NAB 2023 include an expansion of live production tools, new strategic collaborations, improved user interfaces, additional support for IP protocols, or alternative IP connectivity solutions such as LEO satellite (low Earth orbit) and private 5G as part of a proof of concept in collaboration with Pente Networks.

LiveU's proposal for NAB 2023 is completed with the "LiveU Stage", which features daily presentations, workflow demonstrations, 1:1 interviews and panels with guests from AWS, Harvard University, Philadelphia Eagles or Tupelo Honey, among other prominent figures in the industry.
