Radio Tempo Fortaleza updates its studio with Capitol IP from AEQ

The Chapter IP console of AEQ lands on the Brazilian station Radio Tempo, which since 1988 has offered extensive musical programming in which “the best music plays all the time.”

Radio Tempo It has programming divided into three large blocks that bring a wide musical selection to the Brazilian listener: Time Tunnel, with music from the 80s-90s; Golden Times, with romantic style music, and By the way, where music meets the most outstanding local and regional information of each day. With the aim of improving the robustness of its operations and the ease of use on a daily basis, the station decided to renew its main broadcast studio located in Fortaleza with the ultra-compact mixer Capitol IP of AEQ.

Capitol IP is a fixed configuration digital audio mixing console from 8 o 12 faders. In this system, the implementation of IP connectivity is based on a single module with 16 input and 16 output channels, incorporated into its “core”. One of the main qualities of AEQ Capitol IP is the extensive available ticket capacity: 4 microphone/line, 12 analog, 4 digital stereo AES/EBU (AES3), 2 digital stereo USB, 2 optional telephone lines, and optional digital multichannel audio links. The system also includes 16 AoIP channels on two Ethernet connectors or 64 MADI channels fiber optic input.
