Grup Mediapro's virtual production set in Barcelona debuts a 210 m2 LED screen
With 210 m² of surface and more than 44 million pixels, the new LED screen on the Barcelona virtual production set of Mediapro Group promises to offer new opportunities in fiction and advertising.
Located in the 22@ technological district and supplied by Unilumin, Grup Mediapro's new LED screen will allow the Catalan company to continue promoting what is one of its main "strategic business lines." In addition to that of Barcelona, the group already has this technology at its headquarters in Miami, the largest virtual set in the south of the state of Florida, and in New York, with an area of 1,200 m2.
The new screen LED of the group is of “high resolution", which will allow virtual scenes to be seen with greater "clarity and detail", making them more realistic. Likewise, the support offers a high refresh rate y image stability, which helps reduce “tearing” in scenes with movement, in addition to avoiding desynchronization problems during the real-time rendering of the pieces.
