Three Spanish productions, among those nominated for the Rose d’Or 2024

The international awards Rose d’Or, awarded by an international jury of more than 100 producers, distributors and broadcast industry executives, have announced their list of nominees, in which three Spanish-signed productions have been highlighted.

Jean Philip De Tender, deputy director general of the UER, has highlighted the talent of the nominated productions for the next edition of the Rose d'Or, highlighting key concepts such as "creativity", "talent" and "passion": "It is always a great joy for the jury to see so much creativity in the international television industry, which makes it even more difficult to reduce the hundreds of nominations to just a handful of finalists in each category. Mark Rowland, president of the Premios Rose d’Or, adds: "This year we received over 700 entries from over 30 countries, and the competition is tighter than ever. The judges had to choose from an incredibly strong selection of shows. Thank you to everyone who entered and good luck to our incredible finalists."

King’s Place (London) will host the Rose D'or award ceremony next December 2, a gala in which special prizes will also be awarded to the best emerging talent, performance of the year and to the professional career.
