Gala Goyas 2025 on RTVE (UM F-01)

On the occasion of the 39th edition of the Goya Awards, RTVE has moved to the Granada Conference and Exhibition Palace with an extensive technical display led by the producer Óscar Denia and the director Juan Carlos Carrasco who, from the UM-F01 mobile unit equipped with 18 cameras, has been setting the pace of a gala lasting more than three hours produced by Gestmusic (Banijay Iberia) which was not without numerous audio problems.

Furthermore, it has used a cablecam 2D that allowed shots to be recorded at height and with the possibility of going down to short heights. In addition, it has had nine pedestal cameras, three RF cameras, a steadycam and several PTZ cameras.

For the main signal, production has had a Kahuna Maverik mixer from Grass Valley, a mc² 96 sound console from Theirs, several servers for repetitions of EVS, the MediorNet system of Riedel to carry out the transport of video, audio, data and intercom signals (managed with Bolero) and graphics supported by Brainstorm.

The red carpet

A second mobile unit (UM G-01) has been in charge of producing extensive coverage of the stars' arrival on the red carpet for La 1, TVE Internacional and RTVE Play. Elena S. Sánchez and Carlos del Amor were in charge of interviewing the protagonists in the photocall, Rafa Muñoz and Miriam Moreno commented on the outfits, and Renata Rota greeted the arrival of the guests outside.

The broadcast included an additional signal broadcast aimed at a young audience on RTVE Play, with Inés Hernand chatting with the protagonists of the night. In addition, the Corporation has had RTVE Play with the RTVE Premios Goya themed channel with 24 hours of streaming of special programming loaded with award-winning titles in recent editions. A grid divided into blocks of films awarded for best film, best actresses and actors, directors, new directors and major nominees.

The gala, presented by Maribel Verdú and Leonor Watling, has been directed by Tinet Rubira and Ángel Custodio, counting in the executive production with Rafael Portela, Carlo D'Ursi and Piluca Baquero. The idea and design of the set has been the responsibility of Domenico Prati with Iñaki Irastorza in charge of the lighting.

The visuals for the ceremony were in charge of Nueve Ojos Vintage Graphics, which looked elegant on the giant screens displayed by flights and the careful lighting with light and LED assembly.
