Azahara Group - Coverage - Romería del Rocío

From June 2, Condavisión, CanalCostaTV, Teleonuba and TeleJerez will offer more than 120 hours of special live programming of the Romería del Rocío 2025 thanks to an unprecedented technical and human effort by the Azahara Communications Group.

The Azahara Communications Group will launch this year the most ambitious coverage in its history to narrate, live and without interruptions, all the details of the Rocío 2025 Pilgrimage. The group's television stations will offer more than 120 hours of special broadcast, including the departure of brotherhoods, the liturgical celebrations, the arrival of the simpecados to the Village, the presentations before the Virgin and the long-awaited Pentecost Monday procession.

Azahara Group - Coverage - Romería del RocíoThe monitoring, operational for more than a week, mobilizes 40 professionals from the Group, outdoor filming equipment, portable transmission backpacks and a mobile unit on foot in Aldea. The coverage reaches a national dimension this year, thanks to the transfer of the continuity signal to televisions and platforms throughout the country during Rocío week. In this way, networks such as Canal Cofrade, PTV Andalucía and the Avatel TV channels, through their ClicTV platform, will incorporate the full Azahara signal to retransmit on more than 50 local channels throughout the national territory.

The deployment includes a advanced technical production system, where each chain in the group assumes functions of realization, continuity or live mobility, with its corresponding editorial coordination. The coverage also includes the presence of editors in the brotherhood houses, interviews with pilgrims and personalities, and a nighttime program to capture the atmosphere around the Sanctuary.

Azahara Group - Coverage - Romería del RocíoFelix Romero, director of the Azahara Group, highlights the coverage: "It is the first time that our cameras not only accompany the brotherhoods of our land, but also take the Rocío to all corners of Spain. This milestone consolidates our commitment to tradition and Andalusian cultural identity. The work in writing, production and mobile units is a titanic collective effort that demonstrates our firm commitment to public service."

"Bringing Rocío to the screens is not just a technical mission, it is a cultural and social responsibility. And we do it with the highest quality, respect and closeness," concludes Romero.
