Zeta Studios begins filming 'Thank you, team', its latest film for Netflix
Adolfo Valor and Cristóbal Garrido are the creators of 'Thank you, team', a feature film produced by Zeta Studios to Netflix whose filming has already begun.
Diego Nuñez Irigoyen (The short life) directs a feature film that seeks to bring out the best (and worst) of teamwork “when layoffs are in sight.” The film stars Alexandra Jimenez (The innocent, Under therapy, Pregnant), Maribel Verdú (Elite, And your mom too, Family), Pedro Casablanc (Black Widow, Legacy in the Bones, White Lines) y Raul Tejon (Alpha Males, Soul). They complete the cast, Ismael Fritschi (Infiesto, REC 4: Apocalypse), Victor Rebull (The queen of the south, Alma), Blanca Martínez (Breathe, All the times we fell in love), Saturnino Garcia (Shevernatze: An epic in reverse) and the special collaboration of Pepe Viyuela (The hunt).
Thanks, team tells the story of the Tío Mochales company, which was, years ago, the undisputed queen of Spanish cheese. Today it is a somewhat rusty company, which tries to maintain its type. His latest big idea is to organize a team building rural in the town where the company was founded. But what should be a retreat to reconnect with “the same old values” turns into a trap when they discover that layoffs are coming, and many of them.
"What promised to be a motivational getaway turns into a pitched battle of rallying, betrayals and leaks. A black comedy about offices in decline, unscrupulous management and workers who are no longer around to waste time on the modernities of teambuilding," says the synopsis of the feature film.
