Herkules Capital AS enters Projectiondesign

Projectiondesign today announced the entry into its capital of the Norwegian private investment fund Herkules Capital AS.

In order to face the foreseeable increase in the coming years in the production of projection systems, which according to all estimates will experience a sharp increase in sales in the professional sector, the Norwegian Projectiondesign has chosen to gain financial strength and prepare for strong expansion. Thus, it has opened the doors to the Norwegian private investment fund Herkules Capital AS. This measure follows the purchase of a 54% stake in Projectiondesign, which until now was its main shareholder Eker Gorup AS, a company led by the Norwegian industrial designer Bård Acar.

Since its birth in 2001, Projectiondesign has become an international reference in the development, design and manufacture of high-quality projectors for professional, industrial and corporate applications. The company currently has 135 employees, with testing centers, electronic, optical and mechanical research and development and, of course, also in design.
