CSI 10 premieres in the US with the most expensive scene on television
Six weeks of filming and a budget of $400,000 make a two and a half minute scene at the beginning of the first episode of CSI 10 the most expensive on television.
In true Matrix style, the tenth season of CSI: Las Vegas has begun in the United States. The first episode titled Family affair includes a spectacular two and a half minute scene that involved six weeks of filming and a cost of $400,000, making it the most expensive in the history of television. To carry it out, they used the Bullet Time effect, popularized by the Wachowski brothers in The Matrix.
A curious fact is that one of the protagonists of the scene is Laurence Fishburne, Morpheus in The Matrix and Dr. Raymond Langston from the last season of CSI.
