'The Evil of Others', selected for the Panaroma section in Berlin

The film directed by Oskar Santos, and produced by Mod Producciones, Himenóptero and Telecinco Cinema will participate in the Panorama section at the next Berlin Film Festival.

The evil of others, a production by Mod Producciones, Himenóptero and Telecinco Cinema, with the participation of Canal+, has been selected to participate in the Panorama section of the Berlin International Film Festival to be held from February 11 to 21. Alta Films plans to release the film in theaters on April 30.

First film by Oskar Santos, the film stars Eduardo Noriega (Agnosia, In the spotlight), Belén Rueda (Julia's eyes, The orphanage), and Angie Cepeda (Love in times of cholera, The Protected).

Alejandro Amenábar, Fernando Bovaira and Telecinco Cinema produce the film, which has in its technical team Emiliano Otegui, in production direction; Josu Inchaustegui, as director of photography; Isabel Viñuales, in the artistic direction leading a casting selected by Luis San Narciso; and Ricardo Steinberg as sound manager. The music has been composed by Fernando Velázquez.

El mal ajeno is an emotional thriller whose script is written by Daniel Sánchez Arévalo (Gordos, AzulOscuroCasiNegro). Alejandro Amenábar has defined this production as "a film whose protagonist has a wonderful gift. A story that responds to very close emotions."
