Overon, on the front line from Haiti
A team of a dozen technicians, two flyways and several ENG teams make up the operation deployed by Overon in Haiti both in its capital, Port-au-Prince, and from its airport.
The devastating effects of the earthquake that devastated Haiti a week ago is being covered by Overon, which provides services to numerous television stations.
A team made up of ten technicians specialized in special events have traveled to Haiti, equipped with two fly away and ENG equipment, providing information coverage for various television channels from both the city of Port-au-Prince and its airport.
Among the services they carry out, they include play outs in all formats, live services for which they have 8 positions, return (IFB) with satellite telephone, conversion from TSC to Pal, stand ups and editing by cut. The links are carried out thanks to the Hispasat, Asiasat 2, IS 10, IS 605, IS 09, AB-1 and Telstat 11N satellites.
