How to bring light to a projector located 30 meters away?
Projectiondesign has just presented the new FR12 Remote Light Source, the first projector that takes advantage of the advanced Liquid Light Guide (LLG) technology that allows the lamps to be placed in an outer casing located at distances of up to 30 meters.
Norwegian projector manufacturer Projectiondesign has just revolutionized the projector segment with the new FR12 Remote Light Source that places the lamps in a rack-mountable housing at a distance of up to 30 meters. Light from the 19-inch rack illuminates the projector head via an innovative Liquid Light Guide (LLG).
The result is a compact, robust and virtually maintenance-free projection head with completely silent operation. There are no limits regarding the orientation of the projector and lamp maintenance is completely simplified.
The FR12 Remote Light Source projector is perfect for 24/7 use and installations where ventilation noise and temperature management are problematic, as well as any location where the projection area is restricted. This new technology will be a step forward to facilitate maintenance, eliminate noise and heat dissipation, without forgetting the flexibility of the installation.
This projector would be ideal, for example, in a control center for 24/7 use in which all the lamps were in an adjacent room, avoiding the annoying noise of fans in the projectors.
