Mediapro begins to manage the Antena 3 operations area

It will provide set operations and control services to develop the network's own content. More than 130 professionals from different areas have been in charge of all operations work in the private chain for a few days now.

As Panorama Audiovisual announced at the end of last December, Antena 3, after outsourcing its territorial centers, commercial management, and IT, broadcasting, film and documentation departments, intended to also take the operations area 'outside the house'.

Now, Antena 3 has awarded Mediapro the set operations and control services necessary to produce the private channel's own content. More than 130 professionals from different areas (producers, studio cameras, sound operators, illuminators, video mixers,...) have been in charge for a few days of all the operations work aimed at putting on the screen the different programs and news programs of Antena 3 Television.

Mediapro has nine sets with a total area of ​​more than 5,200 m² as well as production controls where around a hundred hours of its own production are produced weekly and broadcast on the different Antena 3 channels: Neox, Nova and Antena 3 Internacional.

It also has an 850 m² set to which is added another 200 m² of pre-assembly space and has production control, editing and independent offices. This entire facility is fully operational to provide any type of audiovisual production service not only to Antena 3 but also to other clients.
