Almost 15.7 million viewers followed the match at 22.19 hours, the best gold minute in the history of the chain. With 69.1% of Share, it is the third most watched game in history in Spain, after the final and the semifinal of Europe in 2008. Telecinco closed the day with 45.3% of Share in Prime Time.

The football match that the Spanish National Soccer Team against Honduras played on Tuesday was the most watched broadcast in the history of Telecinco with an average of 12,721,000 spectators and 69.1% of Share.

The meeting surpassed the mythical emissions of the final chapter of Family doctor (10,847,000 and 60%) and the debate Felipe González-José María Aznar 1993 (10,526,000 and 75.3%), becoming the third most watched football game in the history of Spanish television.

The gold minute occurred at 10:19 p.m. with an average of 15,680,000 spectators (73.1% share). Never before Telecinco had gathered a figure of spectators similar to the TV.

The highest fee concentration took place at 9:19 p.m. with 74.5% (13,499,000 spectators). More than 19.7 million followers connected with the party at some point in the broadcast, 47.1% of the Spanish population.

The match grew 3.9 points in Target Comercial until reaching 73% of Share. It was the preferred option in all age groups, social classes and regional markets.

45.3% a prime time

The programs prepared by the Telecinco news sports team widely led their respective competition strips. The previous one registered an average of 3,045,000 spectators and a 29.7% share, while the post-part marked 25.7% Share and 5,153,000 followers.

Telecinco leadership continued with the premiere of its new fiction series. The first installment reaped 15.5% of Share and 2,828,000 spectators; The second chapter increased the quota to 18.4% and scored an average of 2,302,000. For its part, “Gavilanes” of Antena 3 registered a 12.6% of Share and 2,340,000 spectators, its tenth consecutive minimum since its premiere.

All these results allowed Telecinco to write down 45.3% of Share in Prime Time and close the day with a 27.7% screen share, its best daily record for three years (since the broadcast of the Final of the World Cup in Formula 1 of 2007) and the best data obtained by a chain for more than a year.
