Epson EB-455Wi and EB-465i or how to turn any surface into an interactive screen

Epson is showing its latest proposal in interactive projectors at its ISE 2011 stand: the EB-455Wi and EB-465i. Thanks to the use of the digital pen, this system allows you to create notes or diagrams as well as fully control the projection area and its functions by projecting from a distance of between 12 and 15 cm.

Epson is showing its latest proposal in interactive projectors at its ISE 2011 stand: EB-455Wi and EB-465i. These two devices will allow training centers to take full advantage of interactive learning by including a projector, digital pen and wall mount in a single system. Without the need for a separate display or interactive whiteboard, this adaptable solution allows you to turn any flat surface into an interactive display.

While interactive whiteboards have limitations in size, not to mention cost, the unique design of Epson's mirror-based interactive projector delivers a large projected image from a very short distance and without shadows.

The EB-455Wi and EB-465i support projection sizes of up to 97 and 102 inches, respectively, and are fully interactive. Its design allows the trainer to score without a large shadow, creating a 70-inch image from a distance of just 15.7 and 12.5 cm respectively.

Thanks to the use of the digital pen, this system allows you to create notes or diagrams as well as fully control the projection area and its functions. The combination of a powerful 12W built-in speaker, plus a microphone input and audio output make it a truly effective, plug-and-play multimedia package.

Other projectors

For the installation field, Epson has presented the EB-Z8000WU, the first 3LCD WUXA projector with 6,000 lumens, as well as the EB-G5350WU / EB G5650W, designed for installation in auditoriums, conference rooms, simulation applications, museums and medical environments.

For companies, their proposals include the new EB-915W / EB-925, with intelligent functions, and the EB-1700 series with a super slim design, making it the perfect tool for professionals on the go.
