The exclusive Sony technology will transmit the emotion of the most famous tennis tournament in the 3D grass circuit and high definition. In collaboration with BBC, the tournament will be served at Broadcatsters around the world and cinemas from all over the planet in collaboration with Supervision Media.

For the first time, the Wimbledon finals, the most important grass tournament in the world, can be broadcast live and in 3D high definition in cinemas that are equipped for this format. The live 3D production, which will be carried out in collaboration with the official chain of the event, the BBC, will also be offered to all the world's broadcast channels interested in transmitting it.

Sony and the AELTC (All England Lawn Tennis Club) have recently announced a several -year collaboration agreement to be able to transmit 3D to any cinema in the world endowed with the necessary technology. Sony will have the collaboration of Supervision Media, distributors of audiovisual content in movie theaters, to bring the emotion of 3D to the cinemas of the entire planet.

The broadcast of the finals (male, female and double) will be carried out in a 3D high definition format and will be offered to the chains that have the rights and Broadcast companies interested in providing a unique show through its 3D channels. The two parties have also assumed the commitment to bring tennis in 3D to an increasingly broad audience.

Sony's position in the market makes it the perfect candidate to convey this great event in three dimensions and, with it, transfer the atmosphere and the emotion of the great Wimbledon finals to a greater number of spectators.
