Elsa Martínez, president of Spain Commission, has signed an agreement with APPA, National Association of Audiovisual Production professionals, to develop actions that promote filming in Spain such as the impulse to incentives for local spending to international shootings.

The president of the Spain Commission Spain, Elsa Martínez, signed a collaboration agreement with the President of the National Association of Audiovisual Production (APPA), Fernando Victoria de Lecea, by virtue of which, both associations are committed to adopting, promoting and promoting all the actions that, within their respective fields of action or competences, serve as the ultimate final for the elaboration of an audiovisual production manual, "Shooting in Spain".

This manual is raised as a negotiation and consulting tool with all kinds of administrations and public and private companies to favor, simplify and attract the development of filming in Spain. Another commitment is to promote actions in local expenditure incentives to international shootings in Spain, and cooperate with the corresponding, public and private organizations and institutions, to promote and disseminate the joint objectives that pursue, both nationally and internationally.

The presidents of both associations, Elsa Martínez and Fernando Victoria de Lecea have committed, among other things, the development of an economic impact study and to work on how many actions are necessary to promote the incentives for local spending to international shootings
