Following the European strategy and as part of an improvement process, JVC Professional Europe has outsourced the activity of the Central Technical Assistance Service, transferring all the functions that were offered from the headquarters in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) to Adoro Video.
Following the European strategy and as part of an improvement process, JVC Professional Europe has outsourced the activity of the Central Technical Assistance Service, transferring all the functions that were offered from the Sant Cugat (Barcelona) headquarters, to Adoro Video, (until now Official Service for Catalonia), including technical support to the Official Technical Services and Distribution Network, warranty repairs and ordinary repairs.
Starting this April, Adoro Video, with Eduardo Pérez at the head of the service with extensive experience in JVC Professional equipment, will be in charge of the maintenance and repair services of the entire JVC Professional range such as the GY-HM and GY-HD series camcorders, CCTV series TK-C, VN-X, GD and GX monitors...
Adoro Video focuses its activity on the repair and maintenance of professional audiovisual equipment and its experience as a JVC Professional Official Service and Sony Authorized Service allows it to offer quality, efficiency and a personalized service to obtain quick, safe and guaranteed repairs, facilitating the commercial work of the distribution network.
