Aragón Tv awards TSA the supply and installation of technical equipment, maintenance and operation service

The bulk of the competition focuses on the operation service and represents the continuity of TSA as a company responsible for a staff made up of around 160 professionals.

Telefónica Audiovisual Services (TSA), in consortium with Audiovisual Engineering for Events, has been awarded the contract put out to public tender by the Aragonese Radio and Television Corporation (CARTV) for the supply and installation of technical equipment, maintenance and operation service.

The bulk of the contest focuses on the operation service and represents the continuity of TSA as a company responsible for a staff made up of some 160 professionals who provide services for Aragón TV and Aragón Radio, covering important areas such as continuity and broadcasts, outdoor technical operation, maintenance, central control, documentation, or content management, among others.

Regarding the technical equipment section, the award includes the update of the storage system based on technology Avid, with the purpose of migrating to a high definition format and allowing integration with other Internet dissemination systems (web and social networks).

Another aspect to highlight is the reform of Aragón TV's central control to adapt it to HD television broadcasts, improving its operating conditions through the installation of new technical furniture and 24x7 multi-screen monitoring.

Likewise, it is worth mentioning that the contract awarded to Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales contemplates the design and activation of a DSNG mobile unit for the retransmission of television signals.
