Unlike other brand manufacturers that work in the Spanish market through a distributor, in the case of Canon, the Japanese manufacturer has a large team of professionals in Spain who serve the professional from choosing the most appropriate optics to exhaustive after-sales service. In this way, when a client needs a repair, consulting or advisory service, they can speak directly with “the house”, in Spanish, and with highly qualified professionals.

This service has technicians trained online directly by engineers in Japan and has the appropriate facilities and instrumentation for specialized product care. The center has a 70m2 projection and laboratory area for SD and HD optical adjustments, autocollimation system, electronic equipment and camera simulators for the analysis and repair of communication signals between camera and optics. In addition, they have high definition (HD) image broadcast equipment, camera and monitor for testing in real use.

In addition to repairs and maintenance of Canon equipment, other services are offered such as a stock of loan optics, under liability, for demonstrations and coverage of equipment under repair, a large stock of parts and accessories, and telephone support.

Finally, it should be noted that the work operations such as the facilities have ISO 14001 certification on environmental protection, a necessary requirement for contracting services by other companies that have this certification. The ISO 14000 standard is an internationally accepted standard that expresses how to establish an effective Environmental Management System (EMS). The standard is designed to achieve a balance between maintaining profitability and reducing impacts on the environment and requires companies that have certification to work with suppliers that have it.
