Canon opens its new Professional Service Center (PSC) in Madrid
With the opening of the new Professional Service Center (PSC) of Canon in Madrid, the manufacturer will offer assistance and technical service of the highest quality, direct and without intermediaries for the owners of the brand's equipment.
The official manufacturer support will be the only one who works with the exclusive tools designed specifically for the maintenance and repair of your equipment.
Una vez hecha la solicitud, el usuario puede enviar su equipo de forma gratuita o bien acercarse personalmente a las instalaciones del nuevo PSC, a renovated space where you can also experiment with the brand's latest innovations in your área Touch & Try and share doubts and impressions with the specialized technical team. In this way, Canon manages to accompany its users in their purchasing decisions and allow them to better understand the potential of their equipment, by being able to explore its solutions with the help of experts.
Canon's new PSC will also celebrate exclusive events to which users can go to learn more about the latest technology from the manufacturer and which will be announced both on its website and on its social networks.
Exclusive tools
Javier Mora Sanz, PSC Workshop Manager of Canon Iberia, comments that "only the PSC has the exclusive tools necessary to carry out the appropriate software adjustments and the highly qualified technical staff, in constant training, which allows us to certify that the equipment we review has optimal functioning."
For its part, Jaime de Diego, Canon Ambassador, emphasizes that "if something were to happen to my camera, obviously I would like it to be in the best hands and I believe that no one can do this better than Canon's technical service, direct and without intermediaries."
Finally, Ophelia de Pablo, a professional photographer, comments that "I just came from the island of Hierro to make a conservation and environmental documentary and, when changing the lenses, the sensor got dirty. So, the first thing I did was run to Canon. Here they take care of my lens, they take care of my camera, they clean it and so I have it ready for the next report."
