Panasonic Connect opens the doors of its second European service center
Customer service and repair in Europe Panasonic Connect It has a new center in Budapest (Hungary), which joins the facilities in Cardiff (Wales).
Both Panasonic service centers operate as a team only to offer customers a number of repair options and service support to divisions of Panasonic Connect Europe, including Broadcast & ProAV y Visual Solutions. Specifically, the new downtown Budapest, 1,000 square meters, is located to support manufacturing customers using the solutions SMT Production y Robot & Welding of the Panasonic Factory Solutions division, as well as to provide a solutions preparation and testing facility for the division Business & Industry Solutions.
The Budapest location has been chosen by the great pool of technical talent that are being developed in the regional universities of Hungary and by the commitment and customer orientation of its workers. Furthermore, the proximity of the service center to the markets and good connections with the main carriers allow fast and efficient logistics for the express collection and return of all repairs.
Donald Maidment, Director of Customer Service at Panasonic Connect Europe, believes that this new support center will help the company “be even closer to our customers and offer increasingly faster and more efficient levels of assistance, which will contribute to their success like never before.” Hiroyuki Nishiuma, CEO of Panasonic Connect Europe, shares his colleague's vision: "The creation of our second Service Center in Budapest is another important step in fulfilling our promise.
