Sony Pictures Entertainment will continue in the James Bond business after having reached an agreement with MGM of co -financing, commercialization in movie theaters and distribution of Bond 23 worldwide. The announcement has been made recently by the vice president of MGM, Gary Barber and its executive director, Roger Birnbaum, and the president of Sony Pictures, Michael Lynton and his vice president, Amy Pascal. On November 9, 2012 Sony will premiere the next installment of this iconic franchise worldwide, with the exception of some international territories where MGM will directly supervise the distribution.

In addition, MGM and Sony Pictures have agreed to study the possibility of co -financeing future film productions of both studies in the next five years.

The two studies have collaborated in recent years, directly or indirectly, in numerous films, including Casino Royale, 007: Quantum of Solace, 21: Black Jack, mine, yours and ours, the pink panther, and Kevin James's next comedy, Zooloco.

Wilson, Daniel Craig and the Great Talent teams of Eon and MGM," said Pascal.
