Fox Digital Media centralizes its broadband media management with Kaltura

Fox Networks Group subsidiary Fox Digital Media has selected Kaltura to centralize its media asset management and content distribution platform over broadband.

Fox Networks Group subsidiary Fox Digital Media has selected Kaltura to centralize its media asset management and content distribution platform over broadband.

From now on, both Fox Broadcasting Company and Fox Sports, and the cable networks of Speed, FX, Fuel TV and Big Ten Network, will use the capabilities of the broadband video platform as well as in media distribution based on the TV Everywhere concept and authenticated video over broadband.

Kaltura's solution will enable FNG to centralize the back-end of online video, including ingestion, transcoding, metadata and asset management, as well as delivery, publishing, monetization authentication and analytics.
