Great deployment of Orad in the Turkish elections

The main Turkish radio stations TRT, TV8 and Haberturk trusted Orad for their special programs on the occasion of the last elections in Türkiye.

The main Turkish radio stations TRT, TV8 and Haberturk trusted Orad for their special programs on the occasion of the elections of June 12, 2011.

TRT managed to gather the largest audience thanks to Orad's solution that combines virtual production capabilities by incorporating dynamic virtual backgrounds in its conventional studio. Augmented reality graphics with all types of real-time graphics were included in the TRT special, using a crane with Egripment TDT6 ENC positioning with a 6-meter arm. Virtual monuments such as the Parliament building, the Bosphorus Bridge, the Izmir Clock Tower and others were included in the broadcast.

Interactivity

OradTouch technology allowed presenters to use their iPads to interact and control virtual graphics in real time.

TV8, a private Turkish broadcaster, relied on the Orad election solution to offer its viewers maximum coverage on election night. Combined with RadarTouch technology, TV8 presenters were able to interact with the graphics appearing on the screen.

Finally, Haberturk, the main Turkish news channel owned by CinerGroup, used Orad's Maestro system, including graphic banners with information updated in real time in the broadcast.
