Apple revolutionizes editing with Final Cut Pro
The new version of the popular professional editing software now allows you to edit on a flexible canvas (Magnetic Timeline), automatically analyze the content (Content Auto-Analysis); and render in the background. Completely rebuilt from the ground up, Final Cut Pro X is now a 64-bit app that takes full advantage of the latest Mac hardware and software.
Apple has announced Final Cut Pro X, a new version of the popular professional video editing software, which completely reinvents video editing with a Magnetic Timeline that allows editing on a flexible canvas; with Content Auto-Analysis that automatically analyzes the content and classifies it, upon import, by type of shot, average and number of people in the shot; and with background rendering that allows you to work without interruption.

At the heart of Final Cut Pro
You can use Clip Connections to link clips from the main story to other elements, such as titles and sound effects, so they stay in perfect sync when you move them from one location to another. You can even combine related elements into a Compound Clip, which can be edited as if it were a single clip. The innovative new Auditions feature lets you jump between a collection of clips to compare alternative takes.
The Content Auto-Analysis feature scans content upon import and tags it with useful information. Final Cut Pro You can also tag parts of clips with keywords to add search criteria linked to specific fragments of your media or content.

Final Cut Pro Additionally, a color flow managed via ColorSync ensures color consistency from import to output.
Final Cut Pro X also includes powerful audio editing and color correction tools, and is complemented by two applications: Motion 5 for professional graphics animation and Compressor 4 for advanced encoding.
