Con motivo del SMPTE Australia Conference&Exhibition, que tendrá lugar en Sydney del 19 al 22 de julio, EVS will show, together with Amber Technology, its most advanced solutions for live broadcast and studio production operations.

The new XT3 are a configurable eight-channel platform, 3G Ready and full 2D/3D convertibility. Optimized for maximum speed and extreme reliability in live operations, the new XT3 platform is designed to ensure the highest level of control and media access with both EVS systems and third-party tools.

EVS Cloud Casting (C-Cast) is, for its part, a new solution designed to facilitate the instant distribution of live-streamed content through web applications designed for end users. C-Cast works in conjunction with EVS applications at the live production site, allowing audiences to access selected, multi-camera angle sequences from tablets, mobile devices or web interfaces. C-Cast will be presented exclusively at SMPTE.

EVS will also show in Sydney its latest rapid response solutions for news and broadcast dissemination adapted to any type of infrastructure with end-to-end workflows.

The combination of XS and IPDirector technology delivers innovative architecture, high modularity, and advanced workflow database management for rapid production from ingest to output.

Finally, note that the new EVS API and compatibility with the MOS protocol guarantees high interoperability with third-party systems, including Avid iNews and ENPS NRCS. Regarding integration with non-linear systems, the exchange of files and reference proxies between EVS servers and leading NLEs such as Avid and Final Cut Pro is now fully guaranteed.
