8Tv closer to the news with TVU Networks' 3G backpacks

Vértice has supplied two backpacks equipped with 3G technology from the manufacturer TVU Networks for the private channel 8Tv of the Godó Group with which they carry out live broadcasts via 3G, reaching the information points faster than ever.

This cutting-edge technology system that allows live broadcasts via 3G provides comfort and efficiency to reporters, who can reach news outlets faster than ever.

8Tv has begun to use this service for the live broadcasts of the new current affairs program, 8 a day, directed and presented by Josep Cuní this new season. For the same program, Vértice also offers satellite DSNG service.

The new three-hour program is broadcast from Monday to Friday in the prime time slot, between 7 and 10 p.m. It consists of extensive information, where opinion, interpretation and current reporting have a place.

The TVU Pack system is presented as a complement to mobile units (COFDM or DSNG transmission), since with a simple backpack, which contains everything necessary, a live broadcast with a 3G connection can be carried out, being able to connect with several live points simultaneously.

With the TVU Pack backpack you can go live from wherever you need, for example, in the middle of a demonstration, which would otherwise be almost impossible due to access difficulties and the necessary deployment.
