Newtek 3Play 425 Slow Motion Replay System
Newtek has launched the new Full HD 3Play 425 system, which offers a solution for slow motion replay of live images.
The manufacturer of portable live production systems, video editing, 3D animation and special effects tools Newtek now has 3Play 425 in its catalog, a four-input, two-output slow motion system that supports viewing, recording and instant replay of up to four live video sources simultaneously.
This compact 'turnkey' solution provides sports networks, leagues, teams, schools and sports facilities with an option to offer instant and slow-motion replay of game highlights on video scoreboards, making high definition playback of two completely independent channels possible instantly and accessible to almost everyone.
The 3Play 425 includes over-the-net integration with the TriCaster live production system over the Gig-E network to maximize production and distribution resources, configuring as a network input and providing an integrated solution for live sports production with a small footprint, delivering Internet presentation-quality visuals, including slow motion interpolation and multi-angle switching during live playback.
Additionally, the 3Play 425 can be connected to any production desk, offering additional capabilities for any studio infrastructure. The system includes an intuitive control screen that gives repeat operators the command to control each input, independent audio routing for each input, native HD/SD resolution (up to 1080p), recording capacity of up to 30 hours in high definition for immediate playback, integrated monitoring with Heads Up Display (HUD) and compact 2U rack mounting design with fail-safe hardware and software systems.
Newtek will be present at Broadcast IT 2011 in Madrid, from October 25 to 28, at stand 3F37.
