Antonio Martínez Gimeno joins Smartycontent as IT Manager

Martínez Gimeno will assume the management of the different technological platforms that use Smartycontent's business solutions as well as the development of new video and audio interfaces in the web environment and other digital media such as smartphones or Smart TV.

Smartycontent has appointed Antonio Martínez Gimeno as the company's new IT Manager. From this responsibility, he will assume the management of the different technological platforms that use Smartycontent's business solutions as well as the development of new video and audio interfaces in the web environment and other digital media such as smartphones or Smart TV.

Antonio Martínez Gimeno has developed his entire professional life in the digital environment, in which he has directed important outstanding projects in his sector. During his last experience as Head of Information Systems at Kiabi Spain, he acquired extensive experience in digital retail, cloud computing, in the development of cutting-edge solutions for online shopping and managed to optimize the company's IT resources and drastically reduce its costs. In addition, he has worked for MotorFlash developing and managing its current online business model, at G.L. Damaris directing the implementation of solutions focused on ERP, BI, CMS, Web..., as well as for various companies as a freelance consultant during the last decade, a time during which he has developed various online projects in addition to entering the world of mobile applications publishing for the Android and iOS platforms.
