Full control of JBL LSR4300 studio monitors via software

JBL PRO now offers its customers the new “LSR4300 Control Center” software for Apple OSX Lion that allows full control from computerized digital audio workstations, allowing unprecedented functionality in the mixing station.

Users of the LSR4300 studio monitors JBL PRO now have a useful software tool, compatible with the Lion operating system, to calibrate and control their LSR4200 studio monitors.

These monitors offer exceptional performance for computerized studios, post-production and broadcast stations.

With the new LSR4300 Control Center software, LSR4300 systems functions can be controlled from computerized digital audio workstations, enabling unprecedented functionality at the mixing desk. With networking capabilities for IT users, digital connectivity and an automated version of JBL's professional Room Mode Correction (RMC) system, the LSR4300 series monitors integrate seamlessly with computer production systems while providing greater monitoring accuracy even in acoustically non-ideal production environments.

The LSR4326P (2-way powered with 6” woofer) and LSR4328P (2-way powered with 8” woofer) systems include the Harman HiQnet networking protocol, which enables the full potential of the system and allows monitor functions to be controlled centrally from the mixing station, by computer or via the supplied wireless remote control.

Control Center software provides volume control, digital or analog input selection, solo, mute and equalization for all networked monitors, eliminating the need to purchase an external controller. Additionally, the software allows the user to create custom equalization presets, store and load system settings, and view RMC system settings.

The JBL LSR4328P and LSR4326P studio monitors are available in two-packs, including an optional kit containing the LSR4300 Control Center Software, a calibration microphone, remote control, and USB and network cables.
