HP introduces new high-performance professional solutions

Among the new features, the new HP Z220 and HP EliteBook 8770w workstations incorporate professional capabilities with total reliability to respond to the demands of video editing professionals.

HP has unveiled its powerful new professional products that have energy efficiency, safety and performance capabilities to respond to the needs of customers in a wide variety of sectors.

Professional products announced include the powerful HP t410 Smart Zero Client All-in-One (AiO), which incorporates the new and innovative Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology, while providing continuous multimedia performance and a completely PC-like experience; The all-in-one system aimed at the retail market, HP RP7, can be easily customized and combines an elegant design with powerful performance, allowing a large number of configurations for the retail and hospitality segments, from stores specialized in fashion or electronics, to shopping centers and restaurants; and the new HP L6015tm and L6017tm touch monitors are perfect for retail and hospitality environments where intuitive and familiar user interfaces are required. Meanwhile, the HP L6010 non-touch monitor is ideal for tight spaces and easily integrates with a retailer's existing systems.

But, perhaps the most notable developments for our sector are the new HP Z220 workstations and the HP EliteBook 8770w mobile workstation, which incorporate professional and totally reliable capabilities to respond to the demands of video editing professionals.

Improvements in performance and efficiency

HP Z220 Workstations integrate new technologies to improve overall system performance and energy efficiency. These computers continue to set the standard for creating more affordable workstations and meet the demands of professionals in video editing, computer-aided mechanical assistance (MCAD), architecture, engineering and construction (AEC), education, healthcare and government, and any scenario where a standard PC is reaching its limit.

The HP Z220 is available in an expandable convertible mini-tower (CMT) or compact SFF form factor for space-constrained environments.

HP's most powerful mobile workstation, the HP EliteBook 8770w, offers the highest possible performance for professionals who work with large amounts of graphics and data, require extreme processing and need a highly configurable computer with a 17.3" monitor. This versatile mobile computer includes high-quality professional graphics, great processing power and a 15.6" monitor. The easiest to transport HP mobile workstation, HP EliteBook 8470w, is characterized by having a robust design around a 14" HD screen. It should be noted that HP EliteBook mobile workstations are ideal for professionals in the creative world who do video editing, post production, 3D animation and audio production; professionals who need a powerful and mobile solution.

All HP workstations are certified to work with independent software vendors (ISVs) from a multitude of industries.

The HP t410 All-in-One Smart Zero Client; the HP RP7 point of sale, the HP L6015tm, L6017tm and L6010 monitors; HP Z220 Workstations; and the HP EliteBook w-series are expected to be available after summer.
