HP and MUF Animation join forces to produce the animated series 'Barça-Stories'

MUF Animation will use the power of HP Z series workstations for the design, production and post-production of all elements of the popular series.

HP and the Spanish production company MUF Animation, based in Barcelona, ​​have signed a collaboration agreement on the MUF productions that it is currently producing for the animated series Barça-Stories based on the Barça-Toons, developed in co-production with Televisión de Catalunya, TV3, and the Grup 62 publishing group, with the collaboration of Fútbol Club Barcelona. The series is expected to begin airing this fall and will air around the world.

Aimed especially at the youngest followers of the soccer team, the 'Barça-Toons', that alter-ego of the players of the first soccer team, transmit values ​​such as diversity of gender, origin, race and social class; solidarity and responsibility; as well as effort, hard work and fair play. Barça-Stories is “more than a series”. They are fun chapters of 13 minutes each, which combine a real basis - such as reference endings in the Club's history and the 3D recreation of real scenarios - with adventure in a fictional way and reflection on the vicissitudes of everyday life in the world of football.

HP, a key partner in animation
