Intensive training on Venue consoles in Mexico City
Recently, intensive training on the management and technical support of Venue consoles was held in Mexico City for representatives from Latin America.
Mexico City has hosted an intensive training on Venue consoles attended by official representatives of Avid Come from Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela.
With this series of courses that are usually carried out in different Latin American countries, Avid and each of the companies that represent the brand in the territory continue to focus on providing the end user with excellent after-sales service.
During the training days, attendees worked with all Venue console models: SC48, SC48 Remote, Venue Mix Rack, Venue Profile and Venue D-Show, as well as with the Pro Tools software that allows direct recording from the Venue.
Different topics were covered, from management tips, such as communication between Pro Tools and Venue through Venue Link, snapshots, Pro Tools recording techniques, gain structure, temperature and voltage values and general considerations about technical support, software and hardware maintenance of each console model.
Representatives from each country had the opportunity to exchange experiences about concerts, festivals and particular situations with end users of Venue consoles from each territory. This made the meeting very enriching because in addition to having delved into specifically technological points, it was possible to analyze specific situations in the use of Venue reported by operators, technicians, engineers, owners of rental companies and musicians in general.
