The IABM Training Academy organizes courses on networks and compression
The IABM Training Academy organizes two new courses aimed at engineers in the broadcast sector on network fundamentals and signal compression.
The IABM (International Association of Broadcasting Manufacturers) Training Academy has organized two new training courses designed specifically for engineers working in the broadcast sector. Each of the two-day courses, Network fundamentals for broadcast engineers y Compression Fundamentals and Applications, offers intensive training led by experienced instructors and experts in the field.
Steve Warner, training director at IABM, commented: "The two new courses are in response to feedback from broadcasters themselves. These additions to the IABM Training Academy's growing range of courses not only address topics that are the basic and essential building blocks of AV environments, but also address areas of knowledge and skills that are essential in a rapidly evolving global media business."
The networks course will be taught on December 4 and 5, while the compression course will take place on December 11 and 12, both in Reading (United Kingdom).
